I called to place an order with a promotion and the guy didn't believe it was real; he gave me the attitude of a teenager about it so I didn't follow through with my order. I called back again about an hour and a half later (hungrier, I must admit) after verifying the promotion I'd benefited from many times before with no problems - hoping I'd get a different person on the line who knew the deal but I wasn't so fortunate. When I began to mention my experience at pick-up, my complaint was cut-off by Ed who I dealt with on the phone twice already. He was antagonistic about my experience and offered no apology. After his lame, pat answer about how nobody told him of the promotion and so on, he revealed that he was actually the store manager. Scary.
