    Zero stars is more accurate. I booked a flight for my wife for her birthday as a surprise. This company called 45 minutes before our reserved time and cancelled because their boat was broken down. My wife was disappointed to say the least. If their boat breaks down during cherry fest, this is probably not a company you want to do business with .
