Had an AWFUL experiance here! Some friends and I were barely 5 steps in the door before one of their managers was very quick to kick us out. We were there on a project to observe styles of dresses that they had to offer when she ubrubtly stopped us and said we "couldn't be recording their store". There were five of us there and not one of us had our phones out, nor a recording device.

She didn't listen to what we were trying to do. If I work for Charlotte Russe and was doing a surprise DM visit for Charlotte, they were have immediately failed the customer service portion.

Wasn't even in there long enough to catch her name. So, to your middle aged brunette manager, thanks to her you've lost a handful of customers.
